26 Best Shows on Netflix Right Now (December 2025): 'The Closer' and More

It’s fitting that the most prominent additions to Netflix‘s shows at the end of December are both owned by Warner Bros. Discovery.

By this time next year, Netflix could wind up owning the entire Warner Bros. empire. And then it wouldn’t be unusual to see HBO Max shows like Love & Death cross over.

In the meantime, The Closer is due for a revival on its new streaming home, especially since it was once TNT’s signature hit.
