Nick Cannon Promises Docuseries Will Answer Questions About Kids, Lifestyle
Nick Cannon is ready to pull back the curtain and show the world what it’s really like coparenting with six different women in his upcoming docuseries — and nothing is off limits.
“People have been fascinated with my lifestyle for quite some time, so instead of letting them make up stuff, I’m gonna give you everything,” Cannon, 45, exclusively reveals in Us’ cover story.
Cannon teases that the new Netflix docuseries, premiering this winter, will show the “raw” and “real” side of his life as a father of 12.
“I think we’re being more open and more vulnerable, and coming from you know a very unorthodox setting,” the Masked Singer host says.
Cannon shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 15, with ex-wife Mariah Carey, sons Golden, 9, and Rise, 4, and daughter Powerful, 5, with Brittany Bell, twin boys Zion and Zillion, 5, and daughter Beautiful, 3, with Abby De La Rosa, son Legendary, 4, with Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi and daughter Onyx, 4, with LaNisha Cole.

The musician welcomed son Zen with Alyssa Scott in 2021, who died at 5 months old from a rare form of brain cancer. The pair also share a daughter, Halo, 3.
“I think people will be really surprised how there’s so much love there,” Cannon tells Us of the unconventional family he’s built.
He notes that fans can expect a candid and realistic look at his home life, confirming that no one is “holding back.”
While Cannon is used to being in the spotlight, he admits not all of his children’s mothers were totally on board with exposing themselves and their kids to more public scrutiny.
“They were like, ‘Why are we letting cameras into our homes?’” Cannon recalls. “I think that everybody’s very comfortable with just keeping their peace. But everybody said that they would do it for me, so I’m appreciative of that.”

The Drumline actor notes that filming your life “makes you have a lot of those challenging and uncomfortable conversations that you might not have had if you didn’t [have cameras rolling] because the world is watching.”
As the premiere draws closer, Cannon tells Us that he isn’t nervous about the show because he’s “built for this.”
His loved ones, however, “didn’t really sign up or ask for his,” he says. “So I’m just praying that they all handle it very well because — or to the best of their ability — because it’s going to be a lot.”
Cannon, for his part, is curious as to how people will react to the project. “I want to know what they have to say because there are no secrets and nothing to hide,” he concludes.
